(CNN) -- A 5.5-magnitude earthquake struck Northern California on Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
The quake's epicenter was six miles from Weitchpec, about 120 miles west of Redding, at a depth of 20.4 miles, according to USGS.
There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
[Editor's Note. This quake is not near any nuclear power plants that I could see.
