MIYAZAKI — A group of Bangladeshis has contributed 10% of their monthly pay to raise funds for Japan’s earthquake victims, saying it is their way of giving back thanks to Japan which has frequently helped the South Asian country in times of natural disasters. The donation of about 60,000 yen has been sent to a group supporting the disabled in Ofunato, Iwate Prefecture, one of the areas hardest hit by the March quake and tsunami, with words of encouragement.
