Editor's Note: This is the nuclear power plant 60 miles Southeast of Los Angeles where there was a recent 4.2 magnitude earthquake. Every time there is a fast unexpected shutdown, or "SCRAM" it degrades the integrity of the reactor core somewhat. This of course is not a good thing.
